Working as a lone OT can be daunting!

How do you ensure you can justify your practice?  How would you provide evidence of supervision to HCPC?  How do you reflect on your practice so that you are developing all the time as a clinician?

My services would include a supervision contract and electronic minutes of your supervision which would provide evidence of supervision for your CPD portfolio.

I have extensive knowledge and experience of providing both clinical and managerial supervision.  I am very easy to talk to and offer a warm, friendly, honest, supporting and coaching approach. 

I am the author of an OT competency portfolio which many OTs have found beneficial to support them in their work and also in maintaining their continuing professional development portfolio.

I have also delivered lectures on the subject of supervision at a local university.
