Life Crisis Coaching

Have you or a loved one been in crisis?


Allow me to support you post crisis by completing a holistic assessment as well as provide a safe space to reflect on the crisis. This enables us to then understand, learn and develop coping strategies and techniques which will aim to reduce the risk of it occurring again.


The development of a therapeutic relationship is key, therefore this is always the first step. I’m keen to understand your values, interests and concerns.


Through the use of occupational therapy, and the philosophy of the 'power of yet', we can work together to ensure you reach your goals and aspirations. I will use a variety of techniques to gently guide you on your journey in a holistic, person centred way – offering perspectives and options when necessary. 


I will encourage you to take personal responsibility for your behaviours and decisions and prioritise your emotional health as it is this which greatly influences your ability to make the best choices.
